GB2620 hydraulic installation tools are used to install 1/2" diameter lockbolts. GB2620 rivet tools weigh just over 9 lbs. 14 oz. (4.5 kg). and can be operated in any position. The Gage Bilt GB2620 tool has a 1.437" (36.5mm) rivet stroke and a rated pull load of 17,745 lbs. (78.9kN) @ 6,500 psi. (448.2 bar).

GB2620 electric actuated installation tools operate on hydraulic pressure developed by the GB940 Powerunit set at 7,400 psi (510.2 bar) maximum PULL pressure and 3,200 psi. (220.6 bar) maximum RETURN pressure. GB2620 rivet guns come equipped with 2 feet (.61 m) of hydraulic hoses and couplings, electric switch and cord.

GB2620 tools are used with nose assemblies: 16-2620-41, BOM16-2620A-41.
